John C. Rumm
John C. Rumm is an Assistant Editor with the Joseph Henry Papers, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C. From 1984 to 1986, he worked as an archivist at the Hagley Library in Wilmington, Delaware. He is a doctoral candidate in History at the University of Delaware; his dissertation, "Managing Labor at the Du Pont Company, 1802-1921,"is scheduled for completion in 1989.
