James Murray Whalen
James Whalen is an archivist in the Federal Archives Division, Public Archives of Canada, where he has been responsible for legal records for ten years. He has written several articles on social welfare in nineteenth-century New Brunswick. He joined the PAC in 1968 after receiving his M.A. from the University of New Brunswick.
